To see what’s happening with your purchase, just log into the account you have created on Furniture.ca account and then click “My Orders.” After that, click on the order number you wish to look over. Your delivery confirmation will be sent to you within seven days from the date of your delivery date. If you have any concerns or would like to make any changes Contact the customer Care team.
Absolutely! Contact the Customer Care staff as quickly as possible , and they’ll be able to assist you make any changes that are needed.
The order can be cancelled so in the event that they haven’t been sent. If you wish to cancel your order, call us via our Customer Care staff. In certain situations it could be possible to incur an additional restocking or delivery charge when the order is cancelled after it’s taken delivery.
The images on this site are as exact as they can be. But, in reality the hue of your purchase may differ little bit due to the various monitor settings. Contact us via our customer Care staff with any queries.
DELIVERY
We currently deliver to the majority of postal codes within the following provinces within Canada: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan. To determine the extent of delivery to your region, just input the postal code you are looking for at at the top prior to making an order.
We’re here to help you make the house of your dreams even if you’re not within the one of our pickup locations. Call our Customer Care team to see the other delivery options available, or if you can find an available pickup location within your region.
Delivery is absolutely free for orders over $799 (before taxes). If your purchase is less than $799, delivery is just $75. All items from the FCA COLLECTION are eligible for free delivery regardless of price!
If you make sure that the delivery address is correct on in the upper right corner of your page. you will see the estimated delivery date within your region on the page for every item. After your order has been placed your confirmation email will also include the expected time of arrival date(s).
There are occasions that the requirement for an item or collection is greater than what was anticipated. In these instances we provide you with the date for delivery that is based on how long it would take our warehouses to first replenish and then ship it to your residence. In the majority of cases, after an item is restocked the item can be delivered within a few days.
The date of delivery for your order may be altered up to 3 (3) days prior to the time of delivery. To request this change call the customer Care team.
You are responsible for the assembly of all products described by the terms “Customer assembly needed” or “ready to assembly” however we’ll take care of everything else! Check out our Delivery Page for complete details.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
Our delivery team treats your purchase with respect so it arrives in the best possible condition However, if you notice any visible damage to the product or to your residence when the package is delivered, you must contact our delivery staff and ensure that it’s included in the delivery documentation. After that, you should contact Our customer Care department within 72-hours of delivery time so that we can attempt to fix and replace damaged items as quickly as we can.
A majority of our items are covered by a guarantee to be free from manufacturing defects in the materials used and workmanship. The exact details are listed at the bottom of the page of every product.
The warranty’s fundamental terms are null and null and void if the item is damaged by negligence, abuse or accident, was moved, repaired or played with, offered “as is” or utilized for commercial purposes. We cannot guarantee the fabric against wear or fading, colorfastness as well as any harm caused through cleaning processes.

If you are unsure regarding an item, no issue – We make returns easy. Return most items in the 7-day period following the date of delivery by contacting the customer Care team. The refund will not include the cost of delivery as well as a restocking charge. Refunds is only possible when the product remains in “as-new” state. If you bought a product with free delivery, the initial outbound delivery charge will be deducted from the refund.

PAYMENT AND PRICES
We are happy to will accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If your credit card was issued outside of the U.S. or Canada, be aware that your purchase might require additional confirmation before it is processed. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept COD transactions and every order must be paid fully once they have been received online.
The credit card you use will be charged after the order has been confirmed. You will receive a confirmation within 48 hours of the order being processed.
We make every effort to ensure accuracy of the prices and other information that we display on our site however, sometimes mistakes occur. In such instances, Furniture.ca expressly reserves the right to not honor any the pricing errors on the site when accepting an online purchase. If an error does occur we’ll notify you and then cancel the order. Any payment that was authorized for that order will be refunded immediately. If you discover an error after your delivery has taken place, you can call us via our Customer Care team or review the policy on returns.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

When we are aware of where you’re located we can present the products and deals that are available in your region.
